The Spirit of The Standing Stones

Long before written word, before kings and kingdoms, the stones were raised.

The Spirit of the Standing Stones is as old as the earth’s memory itself — a silent guardian of the ancient pathways that run unseen beneath our feet. Cloaked in the colours of weathered rock and softened by moss, he stands as both watcher and keeper of the ley lines — the great currents of energy that bind the world together.

It is said the stones were not placed, but called into position, aligned with the stars, the sun, and the hidden geometry of the land. Through them flows a quiet power — one that hums beneath the soil, connecting past, present, and what is yet to come. This Spirit walks those unseen lines.

Where he lingers, balance is restored. Where he watches, the veil between worlds thins ever so slightly. He does not command magic — he anchors it, stabilises it, ensures its flow remains true.

Those drawn to the Spirit of the Standing Stones may feel a deep sense of grounding, clarity, and ancient knowing, as though the earth itself is whispering forgotten truths.

For though the world may change, the stones endure.

N.B: Each Spirit is handmade and painted in the ‘Manifestorium’ at The Christmas Imaginarium. Therefore just like the spirits that inhabit the bodies, no two will ever be exactly the same!

The fact they are all handmade also means that, just like us as people, they may bear their own little quirks and imperfections; we think this adds to each Spirit’s individual charm and character and are identifying features of a truly artisan product.
