Turnaround

All orders are normally shipped within 24 hours Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm.

Carriers

We currently use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
 ROYAL MAIL + PARCELFORCE. Occaisionally, we may use another carrier for international orders due to size and weight constraints.

International Postage


We post to nearly all countries around the world. If when you enter your address at checkout and your country is not automatically catered for then please do get in touch and we will try to accommodate you.

Most international orders arrive in around 2 weeks but may take up to 6 weeks. Please be aware that many factors can affect the delivery time including your location, and how fast the customs department in your country process orders.

Orders placed over the Christmas and new year period may of course be further affected due to both the increased volume of post being processed and of course holiday / vacation periods and backlogs.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and size of your products, and of course your location. We only charge you what it costs us to post to you and in many cases we charge less than it costs us. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be and you can choose whether to continue with your order.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
