The Spirit of The Beach

A Christmas Spirit unlike any other, the Spirit of the Beach makes its home in the places where the sea kisses the shore, where waves whisper to seashells and driftwood dreams under the stars.

An earthy, sunlight yellow, like a summer captured, and dusted with grains of real sand collected from forgotten coves where only the wind and gulls keep company, its bottom is capped with a rim of pale sea blue, its moustache a sea foam white. When held in Human hands, memories of sun-warmed skin, salt on lips, and endless skies are heard and felt.

The Spirit of the Beach is the herald of the sun, shining with the hope of summer no matter the time of year. Its strength is greatest when days are cold, nights long, and hearts yearn for light. It brings the comfort of tides that always return and the joy of winds carrying the scent of far-off places. N.B: Each Spirit is handmade and painted in the ‘Manifestorium’ at The Christmas Imaginarium. Therefore just like the spirits that inhabit the bodies, no two will ever be exactly the same!

The fact they are all handmade also means that, just like us as people, they may bear their own little quirks and imperfections; we think this adds to each Spirit’s individual charm and character and are identifying features of a truly artisan product.
