Where waves roll endlessly against the shore and salt winds carry the songs of distant tides, the Spirit of The Sea quietly dwells. Ancient and ever-watchful, he is the keeper of the ocean’s magic — the calm of hidden coves, the thrill of gathering storms, and the deep peace found only beside the water.

His robes swirl with the colours of the sea itself; midnight depths, turquoise shallows, and foaming white surf crashing upon darkened rocks. It is said that every shell, every tidepool, and every whispered breeze upon the coastline carries a trace of his enchantment.

Those drawn to the sea often feel his presence without ever knowing why. A longing for the coast. A sense of peace beside the waves. The feeling that the ocean somehow understands them.

The Spirit of The Sea is believed to bring the restorative magic of the shoreline into the home — calming restless minds, inspiring dreams of adventure, and filling rooms with the timeless wonder of the coast. Like the tide itself, his magic ebbs gently through those who keep him near.

For some souls belong not entirely to the land…but forever to the sea.

N.B: Each Spirit is handmade and painted in the ‘Manifestorium’ at The Christmas Imaginarium. Therefore just like the spirits that inhabit the bodies, no two will ever be exactly the same!

The fact they are all handmade also means that, just like us as people, they may bear their own little quirks and imperfections; we think this adds to each Spirit’s individual charm and character and are identifying features of a truly artisan product.
