Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt.

Please email us ahead of returning the items so we can arrange the process with you. We may be unable to process your return without prior authorisation.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused
• In their original condition
• Returned in the original packaging, with any enclosed documentation

Once your return is received, we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charges), or offer an exchange if preferred.

Important Information

• Items must be dispatched back to us within 14 days of delivery.
• Any damaged or faulty goods must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
• The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us safely.
  👉 We strongly recommend using a tracked or insured delivery service.
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.
• Original delivery charges are only refunded if the item is confirmed to be faulty.
