One side of this fold-out map is beautifully illustrated, allowing you to explore Santa's Village, and on the other is an exact, to-scale technical map, enabling you to discover exactly where your plot is located. You will also receive a deed of ownership, featuring an official Santa's Village Land Registry wax seal and a 24 page A5 story booklet, which tells the story of the village and the challenges it now faces. The booklet also includes the full details of the Elves' plan for The Christmas Ark and how it will be used to save Santa's Village. All of this will be delivered tucked inside a festive, magical gift box ensuring that the legacy of guardianship over Santa’s Village can be passed down from generation to generation.
